*Exams and X-rays are only performed as necessary for diagnosis and limited to twice per year. Check with the provider for costs of additional exams, x-rays, and cleanings.
You’ll get all this starting at $299 a year for an individual, $399 for two people, or $499 for up to four people (plus a one-time, non-refundable processing fee of $20.00). Once you’ve signed up, you’ll have no limits on the amount you can save on dental work performed at our office.
